Hope You Are All Having A Wonderful Labor Day!

It is a beautiful day here in Rhode Island but a little too warm!  Sun is shining and I am in my cool house and stitching.  We celebrated Labor Day yesterday with my daughter Kristina with my grandson Connor and my daughter Ashli with her boyfriend John.  Boy it is very humid today!  I am stitching on America since it is Labor Day thought I would pull that WIP out.  Will be stitching on this for the week. But will work on The Witching Hour and Amongst The Tulips also.  Here is my latest updates....

I Joined the Red White & Blue Sal!!!

I decided to join the Red White & Blue Sal!  I needed an excuse to start America!  It is from Stoney Creek's Book 92 Let Freedom Ring, which is an Oop.  I am stitching on 18 ct. blue and white hand dyed fabric.  Looks like blue sky with white clouds which is perfect for this design.  Here is a photo of it and my progress so far.  I have put in 251 stitches so far. I have started in the middle so I have stitched part of the feathers of the eagles head and part of the flag.
