The Unwanted Visitor Is Here!!!

I was trying so hard to get my 1st page done on my Black Wolf but the fro came for a visit and it is so persistent not wanting to leave! เซฌ๐Ÿ˜ฃ After I stitched in 275 stitches I find that I was off by one stitch.  The error is in the bottom left on the green and blue section.  So I am now ripping it out.  I wanted so bad to just put it away and go on to another WIP but if I did that I would probably never pick it up again.  Hopefully get back to my Sals this weekend. Here is my last update and my new update.

So I need to take out 115 stitches tonight.  While I do that I am going to treat myself with a new cup of mocha coffee with this new creamer.  Yummy!!!!!

Happy Stitching everyone!

My Try at Cross Country and I Like It!!!

So I am a little late showing my progress for Fridays stitch in.  Here is a pic of my last stitch and what I did on Friday.  I finished 413 Dk Pewter gray on this page and now stitching 160 Medium Gray Blue and stitching all that color on this page.  I believe its called cross-country.  I managed to stitch 666 stitches on Friday

I am liking this cross-country!  Little more complicating but when the page starts coming to life it is exciting!

I have included a pic of my Ninja playing in the leaves.

Started Over On Black Wolf This Past Weekend

Over this weekend I stitched on Kustom Krafts Black Wolf.  Was stitching it on a gray linen but decided to start again on an off white fabric since it is total coverage and you will not see the fabric anyway.  Plus the linen was pretty expensive.  So the first update is what I stitched on the linen and the other is the off white fabric.  Before I started over I had put in 314 stitches in the linen.  The second o
update is where I started over and put in 692 stitches.

Happy Stitching!!

WOW Has It Really Been A Month???

Yeah it has been awhile!  Between working 6 days a week and trying to get my craft room done have not had much time to stitch.  What I have stitched on is Gardens Like Quilts, not a lot but will show my progress.  This pass month there has been snow and more snow.  Spring being here?  Not!  Has been in the 30's the pass few days of spring. The good thing is the snow is gone!  Hoping that's the end of it this year. Must say today we reached 45 degrees! I do have an update of my daughter's WIP  of Blue Eyes from KK.  She I think has more progress than me this month, lol. Here is my stitching update..........

Well, been stitching on a Kustum Kraft WIP Today!

I know I know!  You have been hearing about the weather here quite often but it is still too warm to be winter here!  It was again in the 50's and I am loving it!  My daughter Ashli went to the dentist today and has two pin size cavaties to be filled and has three wisdom teeth coming in. The fourth never showed up.  The dentist says the teeth are coming in straight so he does not want them pulled.  Ashli is happy about that and my purse is alot happier, lol.
I was able to get some stitching done on KK's Howling at the Moon and put in 100 stitches.  Now stitching on Lavender Moon By HAED will have an update later.  Here is what I have stitched on Howling at the Moon.  Here is my last update

Here is what I stitched today

And here is what it will look like finished
Happy Stitching everyone!

What Happened To This Week???

WoW!!  This week went by so fast!
Helped my daughter Kristina pack her things to move to Connecticut with her new hubby Andrew : )  She has moved close to the Navy base.  Yes, we just finished packing the truck this afternoon and she left around 4 this afternoon.  My daughter Ashley went with her to help her unpack at her new place.  She will be home in the morning.
I know I mentioned before that I have taught her to crossstitch and she is at the moment working on 3 WIPs.  Since I do not use the stitchbows I gave them to her along with two traveling totes.  I also gave her plenty of hoops and a whole set of DMC threads so she has everything for her stitching.  She is working on Kustum Krafts Blue Eyes right now and enjoying it.  Here is what she has done so far

The first stitching was before and the second is progress as of now.  You can see she has got alot of the nose done.  She is almost done with the first page.

What A BEautiful Day Today!

It was such a warm day compared to the nasty weather we have had!  The temp was just about 60 degrees and most of the 2 feet of snow has melted : )  Opened my windows for some fresh air and thinking that spring will be here very soon!  We do have a cold spell for tomorrow but just enjoying the warmth of today.
On the stitching, I have been working on my second SAL called Late Spring with Kustum Krafts.  I have put in 535 stitches as of today!

Happy Stitching everyone : )

Been Slacking On Stitching!!

I have been hibernating till today!!!  We had some awesome weather !  In the 50s today!  Lots of snow melting!  Frederick is on the back burner since I was visited by the Frog this past week.  Need to RIP at least 50 stitches!  I have worked on Kustum Krafts Autumn Grandeur putting in 886 stitches and also Kustom Krafts Late Spring where I have stitched 170 stitches so far.  So I really have been stitching : )  On a high note my Ashley my 17 year old just got her report card and did a great job with straight As!  She leaves for Canada on a school trip in March.  Since she is an honor student she is  able to go on all these trips.  Next year she goes to France! OK, here is my progress with Autumn Grandeur.  The other photo is the photo I am stitching : )
