Yes barb, it is on black. Not my favorite but with my back lighting it is ok. Not the best working on black, need alot of light! Going slow but pushing myself : )

He's looking fabulous, I finished Fredrick not so long ago and he's great fun to stitch. Hope you enjoy it!
Frederick looks great. We are neighbors of a sort, I am in Vernon, Connecticut. It has been lovely here also, weather wise.
