Another Snowy Delivery Day!!!

Very hard day delivering today!  No shoveling at the mailboxes!  I am patient though I will take it out again tomorrow to give my customers some more time to shovel around their mailboxes.  There was too much snow!!!  If I was using my truck which is with 4 wheel drive I would deliver the mail to everyone but with this Postal Truck it does not got through snow.  You would think the goverment would make sure we would have 4 wheel drive but a no just bring the mail back.  That is why I am upset!  Then I have double the mail the next day. Load unload and load again, crazy! So after my ramblings, I now have two days of mail to deliver tomorrow.  I leave you with more snow pics from my snowbound house.

I am so sick of this snow!  I think I said that already, lol!

Nasty Day At Work Today!!!

Well, delivering mail today was really bad!  Mail boxes not shoveled, slippery roads, icy banks, and unplowed roads did keep some of the mail from getting through today!  This was a real nasty day for delivering mail today.  A lot of customers did not get there mail today.  Luckily, there was no packages from cross-stitch companies, so all my cross-stitch customers didn't miss their new stash, lol!  Well, tomorrow is another day, and I will try again : )  Calling for a major storm on Tuesday!  Thinking of taking a vacation day for the next one ; )  It is supposed to be major!  I have been stitching on Fred and My HAED Lavender Moon, will post an update soon.  I leave you with a pic of my adorable RIP Kemo that was one that always enjoyed this snow mess!

Working On Fred Tonight!

I have been working on Fred tonight!  Here is a pic of my progress as of today.  I do enjoy stitching this except when I have to stitch black on black : )
  We had an ice storm here today so I hunkered down and stitched, so happy I didn't have to work in it!

Made a whole chicken, stuffing and mashed potatoes for dinner tonight, it warmed me right up, lol.  Hope it isn't too cold tomorrow because it is back to work for me!  I leave you tonight with this pic......  My Sweet Felice

Well The Storm Was Major!!!!!!!

This snow storm was a pretty big one!  It is still snowing here!  We got over a foot and a half and it is still coming down.  Here are a few pics outside my house.

The second pic is of a cardinal in my backyard showing the blizzard conditions.  The third is of out my front door and you cannot even see the road.  Sorry to say there was no delivery of mail on my route today!  Hope everyone is staying warm and having a nice evening : )

Hunkering Down TO A Major Snow Storm Tonight!!!!!!!!

They are calling for at least 18 inches before the morning.  Starting at midnight!  Went and bought all supplies just incase we loose electricity.  Got extra water too. Hope everyone in the NorthEast is ready for the storm!!!

Happy New Years!!!!!!

Want to wish all a very Happy New year!!!!!  I had a New Year present this morning!  I trapped another feral kitten in my trap this morning.  Looks to be about 6 weeks old.  She came in because of the Blizzard we had.  She is now in my house staying warm and totally full with warm food.  She is staying until taken by rescue to be spayed and released unless I say otherwise.  She is so cute and I will try to adopt her out.  WIll post a pic in a few days.  She is so adorable!
As for stitching I have been stitching on Fred  and will post a pic soon
